• Speed • Agility • Body Control •Power •Reduce Injury Risk • Body Awareness Youth Athletes Have Fun Learning to Train, Learn Safety and become more Explosive

Grades 7th thru 12th (All Sports)

Program is designed to maxixmize neural adaptations thru Explosive Training that enhances performance with increased emphasis to specific sport played while reducing Injury risk

Training Focus / Results:

•Superior Functional Movement •Explosive Speed Development •Exposive Strength Development •Technical Training to improve athleticism and reduce injury risk

College (All Sports) Pro (Football/Track)

Training for this group is Highly Advanced and Specific to College and Post Collegiate Players working to advance their careers…You MUST Qualify to be in this group

Training Focus / Results:

Speed Strength Specificity for Elite Sport Competition / NFL Combine Preparation / Etc

Adults (All Ages & Fitness Levels)

Designed for Adults who want RESULTS…Not Pizza! Our Adult training is for those that are committed to getting results and want a better life, regardless of their age.

Training Focus / Results:

•Improve Health • Movement •Weight Mgt •Fat Loss •Gain Strength Adult Programs Include: 10 Count (Fun/Fast 45min) AND Adult ULTRA - Personalized Programming (3-5 sessions/wk)
